Saint Helen was the mother of Emperor Constantine the Great and is known for her role in the spread of Christianity in the Roman Empire. She is also credited with discovering the True Cross in Jerusalem. Her feast day is celebrated on May 21.

The pendant is really beautiful and very well made. Ordered the medium size with the 16 inch chain and it hangs perfectly.
